My little home for the next nine nights

A peek inside

There was space to settle in and plenty of storage. My photographs show the twin beds with their purple runners, the windows, and the desk with its kettle and tea-and-coffee setup.

A note on cabin layouts

Oceanview cabins don’t all have the same arrangement. Some have a bed beneath the window; others have a porthole. If you’re choosing a cabin, the layout is something to check for your particular room.

This was my own cabin for this trip — a little glimpse of life onboard.
